Fred Nelson grew up in Madison, North Carolina before attending NC State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management. He is a longtime resident of Northwest Guilford County – an area he loves for its unmatched quality of life, and its close proximity to both the mountains and the beach. Fred has a diverse business background with over 35 years of experience in real estate investing, entrepreneurship, customer service, and sales.
